Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the following EU countries : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Because of distribution agreements, we currently don’t ship to Greece, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.

What are the minimum and maximum quantities that can be ordered?
Minimum quantities are 18 pcs per reference / sku
All items have inner packing of 6 units and are sold in multiples of 6
The total order minimum is 400€ (excl. transport).
There are no maximum quantities per say, they only depend on available stock for each item.
However, please contact us if your order exceeds 20 000€ so we can provide you with a custom price offer.

What are the transport methods?
When placing an order on our website, you can either :
- book your own transport company
- receive a carrier quotation from us
- have your order delivered by DPD (for orders below 30kg only)

After receiving your order, we’ll contact you to organize delivery according to the method you’ve chosen.

What are the payment methods?
We only accept payment through bank transfer.
You’ll receive our bank details (IBAN) after placing your order, together with the corresponding proforma.
We request full payment before shipment.

How do discounts apply?
We offer global discounts depending on the total amount of your order (excl. transport) :
-5% on orders above 1000€
-10% on orders above 3000€
-15% on orders above 5000€
The discount will automatically apply in your Cart once you’ve reached the corresponding amount.

What is your return policy?
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer, except when damages occur during transport or in case of non-compliance with the initial order.
We only accept returns of products that are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Before sending any products in return, please contact our customer care at xxx to arrange every detail.
